Mr. & Mrs. Buyer raised their family among acres of land and a big, beautiful home in rural Michigan. All the kids have since flown and Mrs. Buyer’s aging parents are here in Hamilton County, along with several other family members. They were even able to arrange for a quick closing, allowing them to use the proceeds of the sale towards a hefty down payment on the new house. Possession dates on both homes were also arranged in their favor, giving them the convenience and flexibility they desired. What they once imagined as an overwhelming and cumbersome process was done in under six weeks without any major hiccups. They are now enjoying the wide-open spaces of small-town Indiana in a beautiful new home and just minutes away from the family they love.
